RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Need to return something? No worries — we’ve got your back.

We’re a small crew and pride ourselves on good vibes and great service, so we’ll always do our best to sort you out.

If you’re not sure whether your order qualifies for a return or replacement, just drop us a message — we’re happy to help.

We have to include the small print (you know, the serious stuff), but we prefer keeping things personal.

THE SMALL PRINT

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange — unless required under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it,

  • Be in its original packaging, and

  • Have proof of purchase (like your order confirmation email).

 

Because all of our merch is print-on-demand, each item is made just for you.
This means we can’t accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer’s remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or faulty, we’ll replace or refund it — no stress.
Just email us within 7 days with your order number, a quick description, and a photo or two.

Please don’t send your purchase back to the manufacturer or return address on the package unless we’ve asked you to.

Non-returnable items

We can’t accept returns on:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered

  • Sale items (unless faulty)

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know via email whether it’s approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account or contact your card provider — sometimes it takes a few days to show up.
Still nothing? Get in touch and we’ll help chase it up.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they’re defective, damaged, or misprinted.
If you need a replacement for the same item, send us an email and we’ll sort you out with the next steps.

A note for our NZ customers

Our policy follows the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.
That means if a product you buy from us is faulty, unsafe, or doesn’t match its description, you’re entitled to a remedy — like a repair, replacement, or refund.

Nothing in this policy takes away your rights under New Zealand law.

1. Print-on-Demand Items

All of our products are made to order and fulfilled through Printful.
Because each item is custom printed specifically for you, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect size, or buyer’s remorse.

Please double-check your order details, size guides, and shipping address before completing your purchase.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’re here to help!
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at [your email address] with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

 

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

3. Lost or Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us.
We’ll work with Printful and the shipping provider to track your parcel and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

4. Returns

Since all items are printed on demand, we do not accept returns unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Please do not send items back to the return address on the package unless we’ve asked you to.

5. Consumer Rights (New Zealand)

Our policy complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
