Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with Barrelled Monkeys!
All our products are made to order and shipped by our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printful. That means your gear is custom printed just for you — no mass production, no waste, just fresh designs and good vibes.

1. Processing Time

Once you place your order, Printful gets to work!
Orders usually take 2–7 business days to be printed and prepared for shipping.
You’ll get an email with tracking info as soon as your order is on its way.

Please note: during busy seasons (like holidays or sales), production times can take a little longer.

2. Shipping Times

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • New Zealand & Australia: Usually 5–15 business days after fulfillment

  • Rest of the world: Usually 10–20 business days, depending on local postal services

 

Because items are made on demand, some orders may ship from multiple locations — you might receive separate packages if you order more than one item

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered.
We don’t charge any extra fees beyond what Printful sets for packaging and postage.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
If tracking doesn’t update straight away, don’t worry — it can take a few days for the carrier’s system to catch up.

5. Customs & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties once the shipment reaches your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and vary depending on local laws and import regulations.

6. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order seems to be taking too long, please get in touch with us.
We’ll contact Printful and the shipping provider to track it down and make it right.

7. Wrong Address or Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge for reshipping.
If the address issue was our fault, we’ll, of course, cover it.

8. Delivery Issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please email us within 7 days of receiving it with your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll work with Printful to replace or refund your item as quickly as possible.
